E-mails and Contact Us Form

Newsletters and Mailchimp
By registering you e-mail address with TMKed, you agree to receive newsletters, offers and promotions from TMKed. We may contact you via Mailchimp a maximum of 3 times per year. Your email address will remain on the Mailchimp database as long as we use Mailchimp services, or until you specifically ask us to remove you from the list. If you wish to opt out of this service, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail. Children under the age of 16 must get permission from a parent or guardian before joining the newsletter mailing list.

In addition, we limit access to personal data to those employees, agents and other third parties who have a business need to know. Current data is stored in an identifiable manner on our database. We are aiming to change the the storage of data in a pseudonymised way in the near future.

Payment Information
TMKEd collects and processes payment information, including credit/debit card details and billing information when you subscribe to a package, using Stripe Inc (a third party data processor).
If you give your credit/debit card information, it will be used to solely check for financial qualification and to collect payment from you. Stripe Inc will manage credit/debit card processing.This service provider is not permitted to store, retain or use the information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit/debit card processing on our behalf.

When payment information is collected and transmitted to Stripe Inc, it is protected through the use encryption. TMKEd’s website is protected by the secure socket layer (SSL).

Retention of Personal Data
We shall keep your data for the period of time you hold an account with us to enable us to contact you, keep a record of past downloads and purchases, supply and take payment for any new downloads or products. We shall not keep your personal information for longer than necessary to fulfill our obligations to you, or to meet our legitimate business interests or legal requirements.
