KS2 time worksheet that helps Year 3 and Year 4 children write times like five-to-eight and twenty-to-four in both digital and worded form.
A worked example shows 7:55 written as both 7:55 and as 5 minutes to 8. Two more starter examples introduce 20 minutes to 4 and 10 minutes to 6 so children see the pattern across different hours. They then read the time on twelve analogue clock faces and write each one in two ways underneath: the digital form using the colon and the worded minutes-to form.
Useful for KS2 SATs revision, classroom intervention or homework on reading the second half of the hour. Browse our time and measurement worksheets for KS2 ages 7 to 9 for more time tasks. Printable PDF, A4, downloads instantly after purchase.
