Free Hundred Square – Improve Counting and Number Skills
A hundred square can be used to help with counting, adding and take away.
Help children count to a hundred using this hundred square. Use it as a counting guide. Ask children to count on or back from any number on the square. Children are expected to know their numbers to 100 by the age of 7. Place value and partitioning numbers is made easier if children are able to recite, order, identify numbers to 100.
Used with place value cards, children can improve their number skills greatly.
