KS1 spelling worksheet that helps Year 2 children sort out the three homophones to, too and two.

The page explains each one in plain language, with to used when going somewhere, too used when emphasising or meaning also, and two as the number, plus an example sentence for each. Children then fill in seven sentences with the correct word, including “Mum said it was _ late to go _ the park” and “Can I have _ bananas please?”. The final task asks children to write their own sentence for each of the three words, so they apply the rule rather than only spot it.

Useful for KS1 SATs spelling revision, classroom intervention with confused spellers or homework. More spelling work sits in the spelling and punctuation worksheets for KS1 ages 5 to 7. Printable PDF, A4, downloads instantly after purchase.
